Hello and welcome! My name is Slade Pair, and I’m proud to be the owner of Auto Masters Repair, LLC, where we’ve built a reputation not just for top-notch automotive repair, but for creating a welcoming environment where our customers feel like family.
As a Christian woman, my faith is the foundation of everything I do, both in my personal life and in running this business. I believe in treating everyone with kindness, integrity, and respect, and I’m passionate about creating a space where both our team and our customers can enjoy the work we do together.
I’m happily married to my husband, Mike, who is also a fellow shop owner. Together, we’ve navigated the journey of entrepreneurship, and it’s been a joy to support one another along the way. We have two wonderful children who are both happily married and bring us so much joy. And now, as proud grandparents, I feel incredibly blessed to watch my grandsons grow and thrive. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m thankful every day for the love and support we share.

Throughout my career, I’ve built a strong passion for fixing cars, solving problems, and most importantly, helping people. Whether it’s getting your vehicle back on the road or making sure it runs smoothly for years to come, I love the feeling of making customers happy.
I'm also a proud husband to my amazing wife, Kasey, and the proud dad of two wonderful kids. Family means everything to me, and I believe in treating my customers like family too. We’re all about honesty, hard work, and a job well done.

Our customer representative is the heart and soul of our auto repair shop. A devoted mother and wife to her husband Eddie, two wonderful children, and a proud grandmother to three delightful grandchildren. She brings warmth and care to everyone she interacts with. Along with her bonus children she has built a loving and supportive family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two loyal dogs, Will and Annie. Known for her kindness, patience, and unwavering dedication, she is an integral part of our team. Simply put, our shop wouldn’t be the same without her!
Cody Arrington - Service Advisor
With over 11 years of experience in the automotive industry, Cody has established himself as a skilled and dedicated professional. His expertise and passion for the field have driven his success throughout his career.
Outside of work, Cody is a devoted husband and father of two. He’s been happily married for four years to his amazing wife, and family is at the heart of everything he does. When he’s not working, Cody enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and is an active member of his church. His faith is the foundation of his life, guiding him in both his personal and professional endeavors.
Committed to living with purpose, Cody values integrity, service, and giving back to his community. He strives to be a positive role model for his children, always putting family and faith first.
Garrett Brannon – Shop Assistant
Garrett Brannon is the friendly face that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Always ready to lend a hand, Garrett is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the shop operates without a hitch. His positive attitude and infectious smile create a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and team members alike.
Whether he’s organizing parts, assisting technicians, or handling day-to-day tasks, Garrett’s commitment to helping out wherever needed makes him an invaluable part of the team. His sense of humor and ability to keep everyone laughing adds a fun energy to the shop, making it a great place to work and visit!
Shelby Fritts – Technician
I was a dedicated M1A2 armor (tank) crewman with nine years of service in the military. Throughout my career I gained invaluable experience and a deep sense of discipline and commitment. I continued my passion of fixing mechanical issues by becoming an automotive technician once out of the military. I am a proud husband and father,I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and son. Outside of family life I am passionate about riding my Harley and embracing the freedom of the open road.
Kodie Simmons – Certified Technician
Kodie Simmons brings over 15 years of hands-on experience as a Certified Automotive Technician, with specialized expertise in engine diagnostics, suspension, and brake systems. Known for his precision and problem-solving skills, Kodie consistently delivers high-quality repairs and excels at identifying and resolving even the most complex vehicle issues.
A devoted husband to Chelsea and proud father of two, Kodie has long been a key part of our “sister shop,” Exhaust Pro Systems, Inc. We’re excited to now have him as a permanent member of the Auto Masters Repair team, where his knowledge, reliability, and dedication to excellence continue to make a lasting impact.
When he's not under the hood, Kodie enjoys spending time outdoors—especially fishing, where his patience and attention to detail serve him just as well as they do in the shop.
James Head – Master Technician
As one of the most experienced and respected members of the Auto Masters Repair team, James brings an exceptional level of skill and dedication to every repair. Known for his deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise, he’s always willing to lend a hand or share his insight with others.
James plays a key role in mentoring our other technicians, helping them grow their skills and ensuring every job meets our high standards of quality and safety. His commitment to teamwork and continuous learning makes him an invaluable part of our shop.
When he’s not under the hood, James enjoys spending time outdoors, especially going fishing and relaxing with his wife.
Jennifer McFall – Customer Service Liaison
Jennifer is the friendly voice that greets every customer at Auto Masters Repair and the smiling face that welcomes them when they walk through the door. As our Customer Service Liaison, she ensures each guest is checked in quickly and taken care of with genuine warmth and professionalism. Her positive attitude and infectious smile brighten everyone’s day and help keep our shop running smoothly from start to finish.
Originally from Towanda, Pennsylvania, Jennifer moved to Columbus, Georgia with her husband, Marty, where they’ve made their home together. She’s a proud mother of two and a loving grandmother of two wonderful grandchildren. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys taking walks with her dog, Barkley, and cheering on her favorite hockey team—the Columbus River Dragons! Her upbeat energy and dedication make her a vital part of our team, ensuring every customer feels valued and confident in their service experience.
Buoy – Our Shop Dog Extraordinaire
Say hello to Buoy, the heart and soul of our shop! As the official mascot of Auto Masters Repair, Buoy is always around to greet customers with a wagging tail and a friendly bark. She may not be able to fix cars, but she’s excellent at keeping spirits high and ensuring everyone feels like part of the family.
When she’s not soaking up belly rubs or lounging in the sun, Buoy loves to patrol the shop, making sure everything is running smoothly (at least in her eyes!). Her presence is a reminder that we’re not just about cars – we’re about creating a welcoming, family-friendly environment where you can feel right at home.
