Very helpful and generous. When my van broke down on the way to Columbus, I had it towed here. They looked at it the same afternoon. It turns out that my problem was in the transmission (which was still under warranty elsewhere from being rebuilt). They only charged me for the transmission fluid they added and did not even charge me for the time they spent diagnosing my vehicle. They got me back on the road so that I could get my vehicle to the transmission shop for the warranty work. Everyone was very kind. I highly recommend this shop.
