“Awesome experience” Not usually the words used to describe an auto repair shop but it’s true! I stopped by Auto Masters with my son’s truck, I had never been there before and hadn’t called first. Immediately the office manager, Francine, made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She had Joe look at the problem. He said they could have the repair done in about 2 hours. They have a nice waiting area. Joe offered me a ride home if I couldn’t wait there. In less than 2 hours my son’s truck was ready. The repair fee was very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised because I’ve been to other places that charge a diagnostic fee plus 1-2 hours minimum labor. Not only did I feel I paid a fair price, I left feeling appreciated and respected!

I’ve lived in Columbus for 6 years and wish I had found this garage from the beginning. My vehicle ended up needing a whole new engine. After issues with the trucking company that was delivering the first one, Auto Masters ordered another one with even less miles at no extra cost to me. They were considerate about the fact I was having to rent a vehicle, getting my vehicle done as soon as possible. Always called with updates every step along the way. This garage is honest, fair, considerate, and keeps there customers best interest in mind. They even came back to the shop on a Saturday afternoon after closing time to allow me to pick up my vehicle. I will be using this garage for any and all repairs in the future!

Phil is the best. Friendly, honest, never does any work without okaying it with us first. Always comes through for us when we need him. Calls us throughout the day to let us know how the work is progressing. We trust him with all of our cars. However, he takes extra good care of our college-aged daughter’s VERY old car that needs to somehow last until she graduates.

Friendly service. Quick. Good value. 10% military discount on parts. The prices they charge for the parts they install is right in line with what you would pay for them on amazon or at an auto parts store. Labor is also right at market average pricing. They have a clean well kept storefront in an area very near Columbus Park Crossings. They also have a good size waiting area if you should need to use it. This is not my first experience with auto service locations in Columbus GA, I have been here since 2008, this has been the best. I intend to continue to use this business for my auto repair and maintenance needs.

The people that work here are very friendly, down to earth, and genuinely care about the customer’s issues they are having with their vehicles. I brought my vehicle to them for a second opinion (I did not trust what I was told from the first place I went) and was completely satisfied. They were able to identify my jeep’s issue correctly and repair it in one day. The two master mechanics Phil and Joe also showed me what was wrong and some of the things that caused it. The pricing was fair and quality parts. They ended up saving me about $1,180 from an incorrect car diagnostic at above mentioned place. Francine, she works the front desk, is very punctual with keeping you updated and a very nice person. They also have a military discount. This place has won all of my future business.

My girlfriend and I broke down just outside of town, and it was past closing time for the Auto Masters guys. They took our car up and looked it over, showed us step-by-step what they were doing and why our car broke down. They showed us how the parts were supposed to look, and how ours was messed up. Phil was incredibly helpful and kind, and when I commented on how great they were being to us, all he said was, “well, I was raised to treat others how I want to be treated.” I felt like I was treated like family there.

This place has been such a blessing for me to come across. Since I have moved from Texas it has been hard for me to find a good car repair place for a fair price and Auto Masters has done the job. Phil the manager was so helpful and did everything he could so that my oil changes and car repairs were done right. Thanks guys so much! I will definitely be returning there in the future for any car needs.

They were honest, quick and friendly. They fixed my air conditioner within a few hours and it was only half of what they quoted me! How often is it actually less than they originally tell you? These guys are awesome! I’ll be going there from now on!

Very prompt and reliable service. After the repair was complete, the owner took me into the garage to show the wear on my old part compared to a new one. He went out of his way to ensure I understood problem and solution.

This car shop is wonderful! If they look at your car and cannot help you, you aren’t charged a penny. If they can help you, they get the job done right and fast. I especially like that they give you immediate updates on your vehicle. The waiting area is a good size and their AC is great! They also have men’s and woman’s restrooms and little candy machines. Will be going here for all my automotive needs.
