They only do factory recommended maintenance for a particular vehicle, they do it right the first time and they always perform preventive maintenance checks (tires, brakes, fluids, ect.) Great service, the best in town.
Very friendly customer service. They did a great job on my vehicle repair (water pump and radiator hoses) and I think that I got a very good price. The repair took a little bit longer than I expected but they were very upfront about how busy they were when I dropped my car off and they were really good about calling me to update me on their estimated completion time and the cost after they finished their inspection. I wont ever use any other mechanic in Columbus besides them.
