Columbus Auto Repair

We came here to have them look at a car we were potentially purchasing. While we waited, we had them change the tires on our van. They have the best customer service and stayed open late for us to look at this car. The guy who was selling the car didn’t end up showing up and they were so nice about it. We really appreciate them!

Staff is awesome and very informed. The only problem I had was that the parts are overpriced. Everything else is fine

I call on 03/16/23, I talk with Mr. David Bass and I told him I needed to replace Air Filter, check Trans Fluid, Replace Right Rear Brake Light Bulb in which I didn't know it was out. Mr. David was very nice,courteous and professional in what I needed to have done. I saw their Ad on TV with all they do. Any repairs I need, I will bring it to Auto Masters Repair. I wasn't over charge, being a woman bringing my car in for repairs I was treated with respect. Thank you Mr. David Bass!!

I had less than 45 minutes to get my oil changed when I walked into this shop. They were polite, efficient, and courteous. My son and I waited in their waiting area that was stocked with toys for kids as well as snacks and drinks, a comfy recliner and TV for the adults. They took care of my car in the limited time I had and got me on my way! Thank you!

I brought my fusion in because I thought that there was a noise coming from the left side of the front end. David, the service advisor, was very helpful and getting the car checked out right away. I was surprised that they got me in so quickly, first thing in the morning. They checked out the vehicle thoroughly and found that there were no issues with the front end suspension. Even one of the technicians drove around with me to see if there were any noises, and the car was very quiet. I commend these folks for getting me in right away, particularly when I was in Columbus on business, and I live over two hours away. If I ever need any car issues resolved while I’m in Columbus, I will check with these folks!
