My “check engine” light came back on two days after repairs were made.

I brought my fusion in because I thought that there was a noise coming from the left side of the front end. David, the service advisor, was very helpful and getting the car checked out right away. I was surprised that they got me in so quickly, first thing in the morning. They checked out the vehicle thoroughly and found that there were no issues with the front end suspension. Even one of the technicians drove around with me to see if there were any noises, and the car was very quiet. I commend these folks for getting me in right away, particularly when I was in Columbus on business, and I live over two hours away. If I ever need any car issues resolved while I’m in Columbus, I will check with these folks!

I cannot say enough great things about this shop. The staff was amazing and friendly. They took care of my vehicle and got it in and out of the shop the same day. I recommend this shop for anyone around the area!

Everything about our experience with Auto Masters was excellent! They are very responsive, honest, knowledgeable and they do great work. There are no hidden charges or surprises-I received a quote prior to doing any work, and the repairs and costs were exactly as stated. So pleased with Auto Masters!
