Columbus Auto Repair

Coming from a very small town and to Columbus it's been very hard finding a service center that I felt I could trust to take care of my truck when it needed to be serviced BUT not anymore !!!!! Auto Masters knocked it outta the park with friendliness and kindness !!!!! They didn't pressure me nor try to up sale me in anything I needed , I never felt any pressure at all , they understood my situation and helped me 110% on what I needed !! So they differently earned a new customer for life, if you're looking for a shop that's courteous and friendly and professional then you'd be missing out by not giving these folks a chance to earn your business and trust !!!!

Had a nasty oil leak, took my Kia in at 10, they found the problem and fixed it within 2 hours. I was gobsmacked! Everyone was unbelievably nice and explained everything. Price was incredibly reasonable. I will literally always go here!! They care so much for their customers and it shows. 100000000/5 stars :) always recommend

The customer service was outstanding

I always have such a wonderful experience every time I go to auto masters! The last 2 times I have been I pull up to get a tire because mine was either blown or completely flat and I fixable and they stayed late making sure that I was taken care of and waited for me to go to sams and pick up the new tire and come back and this was 2 separate times over the last year! They are very, very nice and super professional. Michael is great! I would recommend auto masters to anyone.

Very welcomed an assured I was good hands better than allstate

My passenger side windshield wiper quit working. They let me bring my car in within 1.5 hours and had it ready to pick up a couple of hours later. I really appreciated the quick service! They were very courteous.
