Efficient World Class Service GREATLY APPRECIATED
This is the second time I am trying to post my review because apparently my first one violated something but they won’t inform me of what. Bottom line shop has great customer service but the technicians may not be trustworthy. Had over 10thousand dollars of work done to ensure my car would run like new for my ONLY family car and newborn child and they did not complete service under the hood. Left dry rotted parts for kits that were paid for to replace old parts. My engine could have blown up had I not stopped at another shop, yes warranty paid for most of the work to be done again but not all and it was such an inconvenience for us. Nice people but it was unbelievable what I was shown after everything should have been good because that is what I was told by the “Auto Masters”.

The blower motor to the A/C had to be replaced this Spring. The new motor broke and since it was under warranty Auto Masters replaced it at no cost. They are professional, honest, and efficient. We always bring our vehicles to Auto Masters.
They told me how much the repairs would cost upfront. I have used them before and have not as of yet been disappointed. The repair cost was high but it is also expensive everywhere else so it is what it is. The difference is I trust these people not to lie or rip me off. I trust them. I cannot say that about a lot of repair shops. I will be back. Thank you
my service shifter light came on and Micheal was so helpful and explained what was wrong with it and who could help me get it fixed! I will definitely be coming back
They are professional and kind. They diagnosed the problem quickly. I will go back to them in the future if needed.
