These guys tried to take advantage of my mother. After being unable to diagnose the headlight issue she came in for, they told her the water pump and belt were bad. She was shocked because these parts were just replaced she showed them the receipt. They appeared sheepish after seeing the receipts. Also they claimed her brakes were “metal on metal” which they are not as confirmed by the recent balance and alignment. It’s a shame that these places are able to do this. Oh yeah and the “complimentary inspection” went up in price to $69.

I have been coming to Auto Masters for years they service my 2007 4 Runner and keep it running in tiptop shape they are nice courteous and very knowledgeable when it comes to auto repair. I would not trust any other auto repair shop to service my truck Services: Oil change, Battery, Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance

Had a great experience with this mechanic shop. They were fair honest and extremely helpful. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and we were able to put a plan together to fix it. Even though this feel under a manufacturer recall. They helped me get the car to the dealership and navigate the recall process knowing there was no extra money to be made. Great experience!! Auto Masters charged me almost $1,500 to fix my air conditioner, a month and a half later it broke on me. I had it fixed at another shop, they only charged me $632 for everything that Auto Masters did. When I asked the mechanic at the second shop what happened, he said that it appeared that they put together this compressor out of used parts, spray painted it, and installed it. He said no matter what when I got home to find a new mechanic. So I'm going to pass the message along to any of you readers, if you want integrity and quality work done keep looking. DO NOT do business with automasters!! Service: Air conditioning

I’m glad I found Auto Masters. They are honest and dependable. They’re always friendly with every interaction and they warranty and guarantee their work which has been a wonderful benefit for me. I recommend them to everyone I can.

A woman, that knows nothing about cars, is always scared to go to an auto mechanic. The people at Auto Masters Repair did not, in anyway, make me feel that way. They we’re very professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I can’t remember the young man that checked me in but he has the ABSOLUTE best customer care skills he makes you feel welcome in their establishment and the part I TRULY am impressed with the problem with my car was under warranty but I didn’t know so when me daughter picked up my car he told her that the service I needed was under warranty he could have said it’s going to cost xyz to fix but he was honest and most mechanics are not!!!!

I have taken all my vehicles to auto masters for years and they do a great job.

An awkward job which they make look easy, while charging a reasonable price. Never crossed my mind to to let anyone else but Auto Masters do the work.
