Great customer service goes a long way. I was guided to Auto Masters after my vehicle began having an engine issue. David immediately contacted the warranty company my car was covered under & guided me through what to expect. Gail, the receptionist, was a joy to speak with.

We have been taking our cars to Auto Masters ever since we moved to Columbus. I appreciate their honesty and clear communication of what is needed, and what is not needed regarding the maintenance of our vehicles. They are always friendly and I feel valued as a customer.

When you walk in everyone always has a smile on their faces, and they are very helpful. The car service has always been top notch. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

I want to extend a huge thank you to David Bass at Auto Masters. I showed up at close of business yesterday for warranty help on my RV Battery and he went above and beyond to take care of me. His battery guy had already gone home for the day so he told me he would call me the next morning…and he kept his word! He did all the necessary coordination for my battery warranty and had it waiting for me at the end of the day. Outstanding service! Thanks David!

This place was recommended by several people but it did not work. They were fixing the vvt sensors and the engine light kept coming back on and they said the parts had a warranty but when i kept calling back they said they would calm me back to let me know when to bring it back and never did. Do not go here because they are not a company that will keep their word of giving good service.
