I can’t remember the young man that checked me in but he has the ABSOLUTE best customer care skills he makes you feel welcome in their establishment and the part I TRULY am impressed with the problem with my car was under warranty but I didn’t know so when me daughter picked up my car he told her that the service I needed was under warranty he could have said it’s going to cost xyz to fix but he was honest and most mechanics are not!!!!

I have taken all my vehicles to auto masters for years and they do a great job.

An awkward job which they make look easy, while charging a reasonable price. Never crossed my mind to to let anyone else but Auto Masters do the work.

Always excellent service

Went in with an expectation of cost based on an estimate and saved over 100% on that cost when they were able to do repairs instead of having to replace some parts. Thanks Joe.

Your staff was friendly and very helpful. Got a oil change and a hose replaced. Very very small items. Had to ask to get oil change reminded reset and did not get a new oil change reminder sticker for my windshield. I do use those to mind myself when next oil change is due.
