Auto Masters has been our go to mechanic for years and have always done good service. They keep up with the work that your car needs to keep it running smoothly.

Had to leave a review because I'm just about to move out of state and found this place to be a gem in the Columbus area. I used to purposely drive a 2 hour round trip to get car care elsewhere and recently gave Auto Masters Repair several shots at both of my vehicles. They have impressed and been consistently helpful, patient and courteous. Michael and all of the customer service team are very professional and great to work with. I have no vested interest in their business and am very busy. They are just worth the time to review and I appreciate them! Also, the techs must be working really hard! This happens sometimes but - my fusion came back with a faulty suspension/strut problem and it's NOT easy labor. They got the replacement part ordered and put in within 24 hours! I've been busy with the move and arranged an after hours pick up when they were done. They went above and beyond and provided a personal cell for any problems. No issues at all with after hours pick up and the fusion seems great! Thank you to this team for the great work ethic, competence and considerate attitudes!

Can’t help liking them, great to talk with, outstanding customer service, fast work & they’re fair and honest. They’ve got awards on their walls, letters of appreciation, good techs, & great management. I’m newer there but my aging Ford Fusion seems to be well prepared for a long trip across the country. Appreciate their hard work!

Auto Masters Repair is the only auto repair business I will take my automobiles to.

Went to get a/c fixed. Said they fixed the blower. A/c went out again, now saying it's $1400+ worth of other things (condenser,dryer and compressor) another mechanic tested and said it was the blower. Replaced that and now it works like new. Had a warranty so maybe just didn't want to honor it. Thought they were a good honest garage, maybe it was an honest mistake and maybe not. Can't take that chance so no more business for me
