The service is by far the best I have experienced. They do good work and they are good people. My 04 Honda is still on the road because of them.

I brought my ford f250 into this shop for and A/C problem based on their TV commercial. I paid over $300+ for and 2nd level Diagnostic Test, the guy informed me that the part would be around $45 bucks and I would be ready to go. Next day no cold air. Made an appointment for the following week. The guy called me and said a/c compressor needs to be replaced with lines, $2300 more. I said the 1st diagnostic test didn't reveal this. I picked my truck up and took it to another place that charge me $200 bucks. And my air is colder than ever, without a new compressor and new lines. Thanks for nothing Auto Masters.

My wife took my charger into the shop and there (technician) diagnosed my vehicle for having a bad thermostat ( which it never ran hot) and random misfires (couldn’t pin point which cylinder was misfiring) They want to charge a thousand dollars. So I went and bought the parts for 318 dollars and did it my self. ( that didn’t fix the issue) there technician didn’t diagnose it correctly As it tick is coming from the rocker arms under the valve cover.
