Columbus Auto Repair

I had an AC issue and I brought my vehicle in on Monday and they got it back to me with my resolved AC issue and had great customer service! I would go back again if any other problems were to come up! Highly recommend!

My daughter is attending school in Columbus and needed service on her car. I live in Atlanta, over 100 miles away. I was very stressed trying to find an auto shop I could trust to service my daughter's vehicle. I went online to do some research, and I found Auto Masters and read some of their reviews. I must say the repair and customer service was impeccable. I even received a follow-up phone call to verify if I had any issues or concerns. Which I have never received from any repair shop. Not to mention Michael making arrangements for my daughter to pick up her car, this goes above and beyond the typical customer service experience! If I lived in Columbus, I would definitely take my car to service here. Great experience!

Very kind and professional service. Our vehicle was taken care of immediately and we were even taken to a nearby restaurant where we wanted to eat while we waited on our vehicle to be inspected/serviced. The charge was quite reasonable and their courtesy impeccable. I’d recommend them to everyone.

I know I needed an alignment and probably a new tire. David showed us why we needed 4 new tires. The front tires were at the tread wear mark, the rear ones had worn also, but not quite as bad.

You was able to take my car right in and repaint tire . I got a little sticker shock when they gave me the bill 32 dollars and change to repair a tire and over 5 dollars hazard disposal I did know I had anything to dispose of. It must be Biden’s inflation. Thanks for the service.

They told me they could clear some codes on my vehicle so that it will be fixed and that the service engine light won’t come on nor the traction light but come to find out clearing codes doesn’t fix the problem and they seen a woman and Dollar Signs pretty much charge me $200 But that didn’t fix the problem and then they won’t give me my money back. So they didn’t fix my car nor did they give me a refund because I could not fix my car. They are a bunch of snakes that like to take advantage of women.
