AutoMasters is my go to shop for any issues I don’t have time to take care of. They are always polite, efficient, & do quality work!

The transmission went out on my truck. At every step, Auto Masters kept me informed of the situation. Michael worked diligently to find the best price on a transmission. Gail, who works in the office, was always pleasant. This shop went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in auto repair. Auto Masters is a credit to the auto repair industry. I wish them all the success in the world. They deserve it.

My daughter is attending school in Columbus and needed service on her car. I live in Atlanta, over 100 miles away. I was very stressed trying to find an auto shop I could trust to service my daughter's vehicle. I went online to do some research, and I found Auto Masters and read some of their reviews. I must say the repair and customer service was impeccable. I even received a follow-up phone call to verify if I had any issues or concerns. Which I have never received from any repair shop. Not to mention Michael making arrangements for my daughter to pick up her car, this goes above and beyond the typical customer service experience! If I lived in Columbus, I would definitely take my car to service here. Great experience!

Very kind and professional service. Our vehicle was taken care of immediately and we were even taken to a nearby restaurant where we wanted to eat while we waited on our vehicle to be inspected/serviced. The charge was quite reasonable and their courtesy impeccable. I’d recommend them to everyone.

what a wonderful place, we got a flat tire on the way to the Airport to drop Dylan off (he’s leaving for Hawaii today at 3:00) & this place was so friendly, kind & helpful. If we had to get a flat tire, at least we ended up coming here! Thank You for all of your help! We truly appreciate it.
