We took our car in to be looked at because the wheel looked toed out. Found out that the strut was bent as a result of hitting a curb. Michael was the person we dealt with. He kept us informed throughout the process, especially dealing with insurance. He copied us on everything that he sent the insurance company. He gave us a time frame of when the work would be completed, but the insurance company was a holdup. Finally got our car back with new strut and alignment and it is fantastic. Steering is better than it was when we took it in to get fixed and cheaper than the dealer. Everyone’s attitude was very pleasant.

Went by Auto Masters to have air in tires checked. Wick and easy.

Good staff very friendly only issue I had was it took 2 weeks to get my truck finished but that was understandable considering they did not work on vehicles my size often so some of it was new work requiring new tools they didn’t have. Overall good experience and I would go back

Auto Masters Repair is an excellent mechanic company. You can trust them. When they tell you what it will cost that's what the cost is. Car repair can be expensive (this economy is hurting everyone) but we believe the work they did for us was totally worth it. It's like we have a brand new car. Ours is a 2006 chevy trailblazer. It's just amazing. They did something a little something extra but didn't charge us for it. It was just a nice thing. Just a thoughtful thing. We just expected to live with it. I can't say enough about it. Just know that I say from from my heart and with integrity that Auto Masters is a repair shop you can trust to be fair and honest and will do what they say they'll do and they'll charge what they say they charge. We've been customers for a long time and they've never disappointed us.

I recently purchased a car that had been unoperational for over a year. The a/c was functioning but no cold air. Over the phone David explained to me what needed to be done and why. Appointment was made and vehicle was brought in after the diagnostic was made, I was informed that my system was in perfect working order just needed to be vacuumed and charged. When I settled my bill I was informed as to the temp at the vent and that a dye was added to the system in case there should be a failure or leak making it easier to pinpoint the cause. Also the warranty was explained, based on their professionalism and honesty I will be a repeat customer. THANKS GUYS
