I have gone to Auto Masters for many years. I recommended them to my family, and they all trust Auto Masters as well. Service is solid and friendly. The mechanics are knowledgeable, honest, and professional.

The work was great and clean. The prices were a little on the high side but you do get what you pay for. Plus this day and age it looks like prices are not going to get any better.

A blown engine is not cheap no matter where you go. AM gave us a great price. They were fast. As soon as the engine came in, I was back on the road a week later. I had no connection to this place. I’m not from Georgia and went only by reviews. Mechanic shops have a bad rap for taking advantage of people. Not AM. Got another vehicle going to them soon. A+ Service: Engine repair

Wow. There's nothing but good things to say about AMR. I brought my 2010 Ford explorer to them twice now and both times I've gotten pricer things done. They gave me a GREAT rate, always honest and upfront about what needs to be done, always on time and fast service, and always willing to go the extra mile for you. I'm not from GA and have no attachments to this shop, so this is a review completely based on my personal experience. They went ahead and ordered the parts when I called to schedule the appointment which made sure they were there and ready the day I brought my car in. Both times now my car has been ready that day. These guys tried to take advantage of my mother. After being unable to diagnose the headlight issue she came in for, they told her the water pump and belt were bad. She was shocked because these parts were just replaced she showed them the receipt. They appeared sheepish after seeing the receipts. Also they claimed her brakes were “metal on metal” which they are not as confirmed by the recent balance and alignment. It’s a shame that these places are able to do this. Oh yeah and the “complimentary inspection” went up in price to $69.

I have been coming to Auto Masters for years they service my 2007 4 Runner and keep it running in tiptop shape they are nice courteous and very knowledgeable when it comes to auto repair. Had a great experience with this mechanic shop. They were fair honest and extremely helpful. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and we were able to put a plan together to fix it. Even though this feel under a manufacturer recall. They helped me get the car to the dealership and navigate the recall process knowing there was no extra money to be made. Great experience!! Auto Masters charged me almost $1,500 to fix my air conditioner, a month and a half later it broke on me. I had it fixed at another shop, they only charged me $632 for everything that Auto Masters did. When I asked the mechanic at the second shop what happened, he said that it appeared that they put together this compressor out of used parts, spray painted it, and installed it. He said no matter what when I got home to find a new mechanic. So I'm going to pass the message along to any of you readers, if you want integrity and quality work done keep looking. DO NOT do business with automasters!! Service: Air conditioning
