Had a great experience with this mechanic shop. They were fair honest and extremely helpful. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and we were able to put a plan together to fix it. Even though this feel under a manufacturer recall. They helped me get the car to the dealership and navigate the recall process knowing there was no extra money to be made. Great experience!! Auto Masters charged me almost $1,500 to fix my air conditioner, a month and a half later it broke on me. I had it fixed at another shop, they only charged me $632 for everything that Auto Masters did. When I asked the mechanic at the second shop what happened, he said that it appeared that they put together this compressor out of used parts, spray painted it, and installed it. He said no matter what when I got home to find a new mechanic. So I'm going to pass the message along to any of you readers, if you want integrity and quality work done keep looking. A woman, that knows nothing about cars, is always scared to go to an auto mechanic. The people at Auto Masters Repair did not, in anyway, make me feel that way. They we’re very professional. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I can’t remember the young man that checked me in but he has the ABSOLUTE best customer care skills he makes you feel welcome in their establishment and the part I TRULY am impressed with the problem with my car was under warranty but I didn’t know so when me daughter picked up my car he told her that the service I needed was under warranty he could have said it’s going to cost xyz to fix but he was honest and most mechanics are not!!!!

I have taken all my vehicles to auto masters for years and they do a great job.

An awkward job which they make look easy, while charging a reasonable price. Never crossed my mind to to let anyone else but Auto Masters do the work.
