Excellent service from the time I called to schedule my oil change and tire rotation to the moment I checked out. Everything was explained and I was given the chance to schedule the additional work at a later time. Very trustworthy and have been using them for years. We had broken down four hours from home and were towed to Auto Masters in Columbus, Georgia where they went over and above to help us. Our car was assessed within an hour and an employee worked late that night to have everything ready the next morning when the new parts arrived. They very kindly gave us transportation to and from our hotel and had us back on the road in less than 20 hours. We received high quality prompt repair work with much kindness.

The work was great and clean. The prices were a little on the high side but you do get what you pay for. Plus this day and age it looks like prices are not going to get any better.

A blown engine is not cheap no matter where you go. AM gave us a great price. They were fast. As soon as the engine came in, I was back on the road a week later. I had no connection to this place. Wow. There's nothing but good things to say about AMR. I brought my 2010 Ford explorer to them twice now and both times I've gotten pricer things done. They gave me a GREAT rate, always honest and upfront about what needs to be done, always on time and fast service, and always willing to go the extra mile for you. I'm not from GA and have no attachments to this shop, so this is a review completely based on my personal experience. They went ahead and ordered the parts when I called to schedule the appointment which made sure they were there and ready the day I brought my car in. Both times now my car has been ready that day. These guys tried to take advantage of my mother. After being unable to diagnose the headlight issue she came in for, they told her the water pump and belt were bad. She was shocked because these parts were just replaced she showed them the receipt. They appeared sheepish after seeing the receipts. Also they claimed her brakes were “metal on metal” which they are not as confirmed by the recent balance and alignment. It’s a shame that these places are able to do this. Oh yeah and the “complimentary inspection” went up in price to $69.

I have been coming to Auto Masters for years they service my 2007 4 Runner and keep it running in tiptop shape they are nice courteous and very knowledgeable when it comes to auto repair.
