Wow. There's nothing but good things to say about AMR. I brought my 2010 Ford explorer to them twice now and both times I've gotten pricer things done. They gave me a GREAT rate, always honest and upfront about what needs to be done, always on time and fast service, and always willing to go the extra mile for you. I'm not from GA and have no attachments to this shop, so this is a review completely based on my personal experience. They went ahead and ordered the parts when I called to schedule the appointment which made sure they were there and ready the day I brought my car in. Both times now my car has been ready that day. I absolutely recommend trying them out. Thank you for the excellent service AMR!

Bare with me I never write reviews but I had to for this company. This is an outstanding mechanic shop. I've been to my fair share over the years and by far this one has all of them beat. Not only with the service they do on your vehicle but with their customer service too. They are so warm and welcoming but are so honest with you when you need it most. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend trying them out and seeing for yourself why they deserve this review.

All staff were beyond excellent - they provided personalized customer service, notified me of all changes to my request right away, and charged a fair price for the cost of the materials and labor. I will not go back to anyone else!

On 4/12 I came in to receive a refund for a battery that was offered to me. Your customer service was unprofessional and rude. On a previous review I called you a LIAR and because you didn’t like it you wanted to address me rudely instead of processing my refund. I clearly stated I wasn’t there to debate or argue with you. I expressed that I was going to call AAA which you rudely stated you already did but they had no record of you calling, LIAR. Then to say I was being obnoxious when I just asked to refund my money so I could leave. Also initially on 4/6 I was being serviced by Dave who was very polite and courteous. I wasn’t refund until 4/15 after I put in a claim with my bank to dispute the charges. I DID NOT have a Wow experience. AAA definitely should NOT partner with your company.
