I recently had a battery issue with my truck. After I had to jump it off to go to work for the second morning in a row, I drop by Auto Masters completely unannounced and they were extremely busy. Even so, they performed some quick diagnostic tests and initially thought there were no issues with my battery, posts or cables, nor did the alternator appear to be the problem. I was told to bring it back the next day if I had to jump my truck off again, which I did. Upon further analysis the issue was in fact my battery, which was under warranty and they swapped it out and I was on my way. I appreciate the staff taking the time, even though they were really busy to help me out. I've used Auto Masters for years and will continue to do so.

I brought my suv for an a/c issue. I was surprised when I looked at my bill that the technician checked tires, all the fluids and brakes. This was a pleasant surprise and definitely full service. My a/c issue was fixed so I am very appreciative that I was treated well. Thank you

Visited Auto Masters location a recently. While in the front office area i encountered what was apparently a base-line secretary "Mrs. Pair" who, you could just tell, thinks she's all THAT! Well, with "queen" attitudes, your business is certain to suffer. Since when are customers not appreciated? Bad attitudes are contagious. Get down off your high-horse girl and try actually being nice to the customers.

Great business to work with, I had a lot of work done to my Avalanche, including my engine light was on, they found out the problem and fixed that as well, even though the engine light was back on in 3 days, so I took it back, and they found out the new part they had replaced was faulity, they replaced it, at no additional charge. Also there wasa scratch on the drivers door that wasn't there before, I notified the front desk, and she came out and looked at it and took pictures, anyway they took care of that, and a lot of places would have gave you the run around. Yes they will be servicing my vehicle, and the staff was great.

The front desk is well staffed . But the repairs are over priced.

Fantastic and quick service for a fair price. Also, the lovely young ladies up front are a fine reflection of southern hospitality, charm and grace. I truly felt like a rock star!
