Very friendly customer service. They did a great job on my vehicle repair (water pump and radiator hoses) and I think that I got a very good price. The repair took a little bit longer than I expected but they were very upfront about how busy they were when I dropped my car off and they were really good about calling me to update me on their estimated completion time and the cost after they finished their inspection. I wont ever use any other mechanic in Columbus besides them.

Around noon on a Thursday, I was unable to start my car. I called Automasters and told them I would be having the car towed to their shop. Slade gave me the name of an individual that tows cars--Mr. Big Tows. He showed up quickly and did a great job loading the car (that should be a separate review). Automasters called me within a couple of hours with the estimate and ordered the parts from Atlanta. I have a Suzuki and it can be challenging to find the parts. The car was fixed Friday afternoon. I was very pleased with the turn around time. I will highly recommend Automasters to others.

Auto Masters is the best shop in town! I have been a customer for over 10 years and highly recommend if you are looking to find a honest mechanic with superior customer service.

My car was out of warranty and it suddenly started smoking with no engine codes while travelling at about 40 mph. The dealership thought it might be the turbo going bad and quoted me about 5k to fix (before actually testing). I took the car to Auto Masters and they did an engine flush twice to clean out any sludge in the engine. It stopped smoking and the car runs great. I will take all my cars to them.
