A friend of mine used these folks for an engine replacement. I needed my Volvo worked on and with no dealer nearby, it's hard to find people willing to diagnose engine problems. Looked them up on the website, Volvo listed right in the headlines. within 24 hours they looked at it, had parts ordered. once installed, called me, let know know they were testing it. Called back later to let know know there was another issue, parts ordered. Again called back, part was not sold alone, had to order an assembly. Got the car back in about a week, which is normal with Volvo. All fixed, and for less than I expected. GREAT customer service, and I they make me feel like I have known them for years. I know they took good care of my friend as well. They will be my shop for all car care that I can swing their way.

I was having a hard time finding a shop that would work on my Volvo. These folks didn't hesitate, had it diagnosed in 2 days, and the only delay in repairs was getting parts, which is normal for a Volvo. They are my preferred shop from now on.

They are knowledgeable and experienced with their craft. They keep you updated on what’s going on and will call you if they find any issues that need to be resolved. I was greeted very professional and nicely. I waited for my vehicle to be services, and their waiting room was very clean and also was a mask zone.
