Auto masters is great I have been a customer for about five years now and they service my 4Runner They are very knowledgeable and very friendly this is the only shop that I will take my truck to for service and repairs

Would not recommend this shop, car wouldn't start, they diagnosed it as having a bad alternator and bad battery, cost would be $500.00 w/out tax. Took the alternator and battery to Auto Zone, they tested both, and both were good. It turns out that the positive battery cable just needed to be cleaned due to corrosion. The car starts and runs fine.

I like it when they listen to you about the problem. After all It is your ride & you know when something is not right. They listen & evaluate the issue & let you know what the problem is & what the cost will be. I highly recommend this shop.

Had a great experience will definitely be coming back. Not only with the vehicle service, but with the customer service. Plenty of precautions with everything that is going on in the world.

I am not please with the service on my 2008 Malibu Chevrolet. Services were paid in full and technician had reported problem was fixed however when I got in vehicle to drive away I discovered immediately problem was not fixed. Technician had me to leave vehicle again and charged me an additional service charge payment after promising me problem was fixed. I feel this is extremely unfair and unprofessional.

The service and professionalism of this shop is exactly what you hope to get from a auto repair shop! The repair issues were explained in detail along with suggestions for needed repairs! I took a F150 ford truck that had a serious oil leak there to get repaired and had such confidence in their work, I took my daughter in laws car to get serviced there also! They do excellent work!

Lee said they always do great service. They are pleasant to be around and they work quickly. David at the desk is very pleasant and seems to enjoy his job. He has good conversation.
