Columbus Auto Repair

I hate dealing with car issues. Unfortunately we need our vehicles to be in good shape. My 2017 Mazda engine locked up. Bad, expensive but I checked around other shops and it was the comments from past customers that led me to choose AM. Trustworthy when so many aren’t. I’m not from GA but military retiree so I don’t have that go to network of good businesses. Thanks for being FAST and having work ethics.

I bring my vehicle to Auto Masters because they consistently extend the most friendly and efficient service in Columbus. The ease of scheduling, competitive pricing, and courtesy rides to/from work when I drop off my vehicle keep me coming back every time. No other shop in town can compete!

The whole staff was wonderful! Came in for a tire patch and left with lots of laughs and having a much better day than when I first walked in. Will definitely be back for any future needs!

Always fast on repair and accurate in what needs to be done

Not psyched about spending 600 dollars and the issue I brought my car in for was not resolved. Wish someone explained to me better that before I went ahead and spent the money...

They took the time to call me more than once by updating me on the situation of my car...Once they found the issue they fixed my car immediately in good timing.... Labor affordable and fair

My experience with Jeff one of the mechanics was terrible. He would not speak to me regarding my vehicle which I paid for a diagnostic. My personal opinion is they tried to take advantage of me because I’m a woman tried to over charge me for a part for my vehicle, and not military friendly. Over priced and not professional. Will never return. I wouldn’t recommend obviously, and would give 0 stars if possible.

Went in to see about an getting a repair done and was told I was being given a complimentary full inspection of the car. After they identified the issue with the car they were going to charge 2x what the parts were worth while using cheap aftermarket parts on top of shop fees. They were going to charge more than dealership was going to cost using ORIGINAL parts. When I told them that we were just going to go somewhere else they charged me $60 for a complimentary inspection that was never conducted. I will never use this company again and I would advise people not to as well.
