They were very personable ! I was texted throughout the entire process in a timely manner. I not once had to call them to get the status of my vehicle! My car arrived & within that same day it was fixed ! I was amazed at how professional & caring they were. The price was great ! Everything was amazing ! I highly recommend Auto masters to anyone who wants the job done right !

Stay away from this place!!! I took my 2011 BMW 535I that I purchase from Carvana. Auto Masters Repair listed as a preferred repair for Carvana therefore my deductible waived (NOT)!. Auto Masters Repair stated there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and I'm good to go! Auto Masters Repair had the vehicle for 3 days! Auto Masters Repair look like they drove my vehicle to Florida on a dirt road that's how "DIRTY" my car was! Day 4 after picking the vehicle up I'm still hearing the same noise and having the same issues! I decided to take my vehicle to another mechanic due to the fact I'm hearing the same noise! They found the issue within 2 hours stating rear main seal, valve cover and AC bone dry! Once again Auto Masters completed a full Multi-Point inspection and found nothing!!! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM AUTO MASTERS REPAIR!

Went here to diagnose and fix a coolant leak for my 2008 Infiniti G37S. It’s a difficult car to work on. They had a little mishap getting the parts shipped in on time (Infiniti’s fault) but once they received the parts I received my vehicle 1 day later. I will be returning for any other issues for any of my vehicles in the future.

I went to Auto Masters Repair for the first time to get some small repair work done on my Mercedes E320. The service was excellent! The staff is professional and pleasant; from my initial call and schedule appointment to my pickup. I have no complaints and would recommend this shop.

A friend of mine used these folks for an engine replacement. I needed my Volvo worked on and with no dealer nearby, it's hard to find people willing to diagnose engine problems. Looked them up on the website, Volvo listed right in the headlines. within 24 hours they looked at it, had parts ordered. once installed, called me, let know know they were testing it. Called back later to let know know there was another issue, parts ordered. Again called back, part was not sold alone, had to order an assembly. Got the car back in about a week, which is normal with Volvo. All fixed, and for less than I expected. GREAT customer service, and I they make me feel like I have known them for years. I know they took good care of my friend as well. They will be my shop for all car care that I can swing their way.
