On 4/12 I came in to receive a refund for a battery that was offered to me. Your customer service was unprofessional and rude. On a previous review I called you a LIAR and because you didn’t like it you wanted to address me rudely instead of processing my refund. I clearly stated I wasn’t there to debate or argue with you. I expressed that I was going to call AAA which you rudely stated you already did but they had no record of you calling, LIAR. Then to say I was being obnoxious when I just asked to refund my money so I could leave. Also initially on 4/6 I was being serviced by Dave who was very polite and courteous. I wasn’t refund until 4/15 after I put in a claim with my bank to dispute the charges. I DID NOT have a Wow experience. AAA definitely should NOT partner with your company.

Employee named Jim is a very trusting person. When I went into your shop I told him what I needed and he was concerned and was able to help me with my wife’s car. Thanks again for your help today.

This is now my go to place for all my car’s needs. They have done a great job with small things from oil changes to fixing my AC and replacing brakes. Makes my car feel new again. Staff is friendly and cares about the customers. Pricing is good and service is better.

When I take my vehicle in to be checked they are very good about explaining what is going on with it and what repairs it will need and why. They will prioritize if you need more than a couple of areas worked on.

Great service and keep you updated on your car.

Have not been able to repair my air conditioner on my F-150 after 2 visits and $300. Want me to bring it in again. I think not.

You are a liar it was not recommended that I go to Auto zone considering I had to jump the car to get there. And the 10% for being a AAA member should have been off the entire bill not off the labor. 40 plus dollars labor for a 15 minute job. Again you all are a ripoff and I will NEVER use your service again or recommend to anyone. I will also but in a complaint to AAA as well.

This family owned business is always polite and honest. Every issue I’ve had has been solved perfectly with great prices!
