My car was having idling and acceleration trouble for weeks until it could no longer function properly. I had my car towed to Auto Masters Repair via AAA (I received a $75 discount by using AAA). I was recommended to get a full tuneup (one was long overdue for me). I was sent a thorough explanation of the problems with my car and was given a reasonable timeframe for the completion. They have a spectacular staff, whether I was communicating with Jennifer or Cody, I was able to receive timely responses and good customer service. My technician was Shelby, and I am still astonished how well my car runs in such a quick turnaround . It feels good riding in comfort again. This auto repair shop is like finding a needle in a haystack! We were in need of a mechanic while on vacation and I can’t believe how lucky we were to find Auto Masters. Not only were they able to schedule us quickly, but I was kept in the loop with every step of the repair. The team up front really stepped up to the plate here. They knew that we were from out of state and still provided me with a full vehicle inspection for other work I will need in the future. My favorite part? The other recommendations weren’t pushed on me to do even though I have a cross country trip to make back home and I was given all of this information to take back to my mechanic at home. I’ve never felt so equipped and educated in regard to what steps I need to take. They even explained how I can get a pre-trip inspection before my next road trip to ensure I’m not in this situation next time. If Auto Masters were in my home town, I’d never need to worry about auto repair again! Seriously, thank you Auto Masters!

I had a problem that was hard to diagnose because it was intermittent. Once it became more frequent, AMR diagnosed it and got the problem corrected. Great people.

Great place. Their mechanics double teamed my car to finish the repairs earlier then expected. Front desk is always friendly. They also offer a free shuttle service which was very kind. Highly recommend.
