I brought my truck in, unannounced, for a major problem. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair it promptly. I was kept informed of the progress and notified as soon as repairs were completed. Tori was a pleasure to work with. Would I use them again? You betcha!!

Professional and competent service providers ...

I greatly appreciate this repair shop. I have an older vehicle, and it seemed that whenever I took it to the dealership for something as simple as an oil change, they would inevitably find multiple other things that needed to be done which would always cost tons of money. I can take my car into Auto Masters, get the oil changed, and that is the end of it. My check engine light was on, and the customer service representative allowed me to explain the situation to him. He did not press me to fix the problem. The report that they create as they inspect the vehicle was very helpful and informative. I also like the ability to schedule my appointment online. The seasonal discounts that they offer are generous and appreciated. Overall, I feel like my car is in good hands with this shop, and I will continue to use them for any repairs I might need.

Took my 2017 Jeep here. Ran a diagnostic and everything was good. They refilled my power steering fluid as well. The hospitality and service from the employees I interacted with were genuinley amazing which is why if anything comes up I will be going back to them and I would highly recommend. Sidenote: Customers who dont know vehicles should probably stop reviewing like they know about vehicles. If that were the case you should fix it yourself or do the proper preventative maintenance on it. Accusing and being paranoid about what you expected as a quick cheap fix is a ridiculous expectation for a vehicle.
