Today was my first experience with this facility and I must say that I'm beyond impressed. I was confident they would be able to find and resolve the issue I was having, but I was not expecting the detailed communication exchange and the speed with which they diagnosed and resolved the problem. That exceeded any possible expectation I had. A mechanic is a tricky thing; if you find a good one, you stick with him. I've been using the same shop for over four decades now and only find it necessary to change because the mechanic passed away recently. After my experience with Auto Masters Repair today, I'm pretty confident that I've found my go-to shop going forward.
