I brought my 2012 Civic in to have a warning light checked. We hadn't driven the car in quite a while, and I was unsure if it was time to trade it (wasn't looking forward to a car payment again...glad to say that's not the case here!). Everyone was so kind and informative, from start to finish. Jennifer handled the check-in paperwork, and she was extremely detailed and thorough in her questions and explanations. When I received the report and estimate for repairs, I called with some questions. Cody talked me through the repairs needed that day versus the ones coming up and the ones we could do at home on our own. I truly appreciated his willingness to take the extra time to explain everything in so much detail. The work was done ahead of schedule (Jennifer sent text updates to keep us informed), and the car is running great now. Thank you so much...we truly appreciate your expertise and professionalism!

I was in Southwest GA visiting family when I experienced an engine overheating warning message on my BMW X5. I had my vehicle towed to Auto Masters. Cory assisted me and accommodated an afternoon diagnostics test by a master technician. Once the issue was narrowed to the likely cause I received a quote and detailed inspection report. After authorizing the repair, Auto Masters fixed the issue and my vehicle was ready prior to shop closing. This allowed me to get on the road heading back to Atlanta. I followed up on another issue via text a couple of days later and received a prompt response. Auto Masters demonstrates great service!!! Many thanks

Hidden shop fees ticked me off. The pice qoted should be the pricw paid.

There was nothing hidden! We sent the FULL inspection with pictures, notes, and a detailed estimate to your phone. You reviewed it all, signed it, and approved the work. The estimate shows the prices, tax, and all hazmat fees and job supplies. There is no way our software can HIDE anything. We also gave you a $30 discount + didn't charge you full price for the diagnostic time. I can't imagine how you could be unhappy.

Our A5-S was due for some normal maintenance right about the same time we sold our home in North Georgia and were in the process of moving to the Columbus area. As a result, we were in need of a local shop to get the oil change and several other issues. We read the reviews for Auto Masters and were impressed so scheduled an appointment. The staff were courteous, friendly, professional and efficient and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. We're now scheduling my wife's vehicle for service. We highly recommend Auto Masters as we feel they provide exemplary service at a competitive price.
