Bad service, told me battery was bad and it's not they dud something to kill it,took it and got tested and it's good just needed charging.DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

I'm sure you remember we offered to charge your battery for you at no charge. You wanted to work on your car in our parking lot and due to insurance purposes, we couldn't let you. We then helped you push your vehicle to a vacant parking lot where you worked on it yourself and removed the battery to take it back where you purchased it. I understand vehicle issues are frustrating but I am proud of my team for helping you and find it shocking that you didn't appreciate it.

Always have had great service from there, been taking my vehicles there for A LONG time. Recently took my optima there it was a fuel pump issue. Price was higher than I thought it should be, but repair was done promptly and so far runs great. I appreciate you guys! Miss Phil tho...

Excellent Customer Service!! Very professional and friendly staff. They message you when an appointment is made, and also send you a reminder. If you need an estimate or have a diagnostic test done, a text message is sent to you with the estimated price and results from the diagnostic test. I love that option!!! I will definitely use them again!!

They answer the phone when you call! Overall great customer service! I give 4 stars because they scheduled me in for Wednesday and couldn’t get to my car till Thursday… no big deal because they still got my AC running and that’s what I was there for! I will be returning!
