Went in to see about an getting a repair done and was told I was being given a complimentary full inspection of the car. After they identified the issue with the car they were going to charge 2x what the parts were worth while using cheap aftermarket parts on top of shop fees. They were going to charge more than dealership was going to cost using ORIGINAL parts. When I told them that we were just going to go somewhere else they charged me $60 for a complimentary inspection that was never conducted. I will never use this company again and I would advise people not to as well.

Around noon on a Thursday, I was unable to start my car. I called Automasters and told them I would be having the car towed to their shop. Slade gave me the name of an individual that tows cars--Mr. Big Tows. He showed up quickly and did a great job loading the car (that should be a separate review). Automasters called me within a couple of hours with the estimate and ordered the parts from Atlanta. I have a Suzuki and it can be challenging to find the parts. The car was fixed Friday afternoon. I was very pleased with the turn around time. I will highly recommend Automasters to others.

Complete Air conditioning system replacement on 2001 MB E Class. Services was excellent, technicians were extremely professional and knowledgeable. When the OEM control module failed, they handled the warranty replacement and installation with no issues. Great Service, would recommend to anyone!

Went here to get the front end aligned on Ford f150 several week ago. Noticed the other day my front tires were wearing uneven, they wearing on the out side of the tires. I always maintain the correct tire pressure at 35 psi which made me think that the tire alignment was still not correct. I took it to another tire shop to have it rechecked. The mechanic told me that the chamber which is part of the alignment was way off and that this was causing the problem. Auto masters charged me $85.00 for an alignment that was done incorrectly and did more harm than good. Because of their incompetence's my front tires were ruined and the job had to be redone at a different shop. Take your business somewhere else if you want it done right.

I’m writing this really late. Two years ago my the. Girlfriend and I were on our way down to PCB from Atlanta. We made the same trip every year to end the summer. My car starts knocking like crazy and the check engine light came on. Frantic I stop at the Honda dealership where I’m quoted some astronomical amount and they said it was probably something it ended up not being. In a panic I stopped at the auto parts shop nearby to see what my options were. I ended up doing a search and found this place. I thought I was screwed when I went in there. We were back on the road about three hours later. Trip salvaged. No insane tow fee three hours back to Atlanta. I’m thankful they were there. Service: Engine repair

A friend of mine used these folks for an engine replacement. I needed my Volvo worked on and with no dealer nearby, it's hard to find people willing to diagnose engine problems. Looked them up on the website, Volvo listed right in the headlines. within 24 hours they looked at it, had parts ordered. once installed, called me, let know know they were testing it. Called back later to let know know there was another issue, parts ordered. Again called back, part was not sold alone, had to order an assembly. Got the car back in about a week, which is normal with Volvo. All fixed, and for less than I expected. GREAT customer service, and I they make me feel like I have known them for years.
