I recently had a battery issue with my truck. After I had to jump it off to go to work for the second morning in a row, I drop by Auto Masters completely unannounced and they were extremely busy. Even so, they performed some quick diagnostic tests and initially thought there were no issues with my battery, posts or cables, nor did the alternator appear to be the problem. I was told to bring it back the next day if I had to jump my truck off again, which I did. Upon further analysis the issue was in fact my battery, which was under warranty and they swapped it out and I was on my way. I appreciate the staff taking the time, even though they were really busy to help me out. I've used Auto Masters for years and will continue to do so.

I brought my suv for an a/c issue. I was surprised when I looked at my bill that the technician checked tires, all the fluids and brakes. This was a pleasant surprise and definitely full service. My a/c issue was fixed so I am very appreciative that I was treated well. Thank you
