This was my first experience with Auto Masters - service on 3 different vehicles over the course of 2 weeks. I worked with David and the Auto Masters team to solve an intermittent issue on my in-laws Buick, which took several visits and phone calls to finally isolate and correct the issue. They were very understanding and patient as I worked with my elderly in-laws to get the car repaired, and were fair and reasonable on the charges. Afterwards, I brought my Armada in for a tune up. They got the tune up completed (at a lower cost than other quotes I had received), gave me recommendations on additional service needed (only the dealer could provide), and told me to call if I had questions after talking to the dealership. On the same day, we dropped off my wife’s Mercedes with a noise coming from the serpentine belt or pulleys. They replaced the belt at a much lower cost than the dealership. While in the shop lobby, I watched a number of apparently repeat customers come in. I highly recommend David and the team at Auto Masters.
